RETURNS

At 4familyes™ online store, we provide a 30-day return-free period starting from the date of delivery of your order.

REMEMBER THAT ANY ITEMS BEING RETURNED:

  • cannot show any signs of use,
  • should be complete, with attached original packaging, tags and tag hangers,
  • should be returned with the original receipt/invoice.

The refunded amount will be paid no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving your request.

PLEASE NOTE:

THE DELIVERY FEES YOU MAY HAVE PAID WILL ONLY BE FULLY REFUNDED IF YOU RETURN THE WHOLE ORDER.

COMPLAINTS

We make every effort to ensure that the order does not have any defects, but if the product does not meet your expectations, you can submit a formal complaint.
